Hate to be a pain, but I guess it will teach me to be unsure and just pretend I know every answer... I think you may have skimmed over my answer: "Inventing the Abbotts?" for Shot D but I didn't think a "?" would cause it to be incorrect... And you're 100% correct on Dogville. The background "sets" are simply black or white walls depending on time of day. Sparse chairs/props & no doors.
