Zardoz?!? Zardoz?!?! Never heard of that one and pissed cause a friend who usually knows nothing about these quizzes told me that was the final shot of Battle of the Planet of the Apes (she loves all 5 and watches them frequently). I almost trusted her but still did some research and found info about some statue at the end so thought I had wrapped up a perfect. D'oh!

@5 I dont remember Battle for the Planet of the Apes, but the first Planet of The Apes diffinetly had a statue in the end, that looked a little more like a certain liberty figure :)

I'm curious about the Armageddon shot. I saw the movie, but don't recognize the scene or any of the actors. Was there a significance to this choice of shot? Obviously lots of people knew it, but how?

The shot from Armageddon is from the scene where Nasa(or the FBI) are rounding up all the members for the deep core drilling team.
Here they capture Max Lennert, played by Ken Hudson Campbell, while he is getting a tatoo that says "Mom".

My friend said she just watched Battle this weekend and realized she was wrong but said it looked close. Online searches last week made me think there was a ape statue crying at the end? I tried to see tears in this shot but still was pretty sure I was right cause she seemed pretty sure :-/

And I knew it was the original PotA... "The only danger is if they send us to that terrible Planet of the Apes... Wait a minute, Statue of Liberty?? That was our planet! You maniacs! You blew it up! Damn you! Damn you all to hell!" :-)

Paimei--show off. There's always some easy phrase that is so obvious after the fact.... Not only does big stone head give Zardoz, but you can easily confirm it on GIS! D'oh!
