With last weeks quiz it has been one year since the first quiz aired on this site. With more that 500 registered users from all over the world and well over 100 quizzers every week, I can only say that this site have exceeded my expectation.
Even thou it has given me a little more hard work than first anticipated, I have no plans on stopping and I'm looking forward to another great year of moviescreenshot quizzing.
Way to go to all you who have been competing here every week through the last year and congratulations to all your perfect scores and a big congratulations to Rollo Tomasi who scored an incredible 832 points out of 1040 possible in the first year and with so many perfect scores that he soon will force me to change the green perfect score graphic ;)
A special thanks to all my friends who have been lending out parts of their DVD collection, to help me fill out the quizzes.

I found it annoying, that every time I had read or add comments to a quiz, I had to first click to open the quiz and then click again open the comments for that quiz.
So now I have changed it so that the comments are always shown.
I also believe that some might not have used the comment system, simply because they didn't know it was there. But they can't miss it :) | |
The site is back up and running after I moved the database to a new server.
The new server is a little faster than the old one and best of all this should mean the end of those irritating MySql errors that where shown now and then.
Everbody who submitted answers within the past 24 hours of this message, please check that you answers where not lost in the transfer!
You simply do that by opening This weeks quiz and check if your answers are still there. | |
A new comment-system has been added to this site, where you can come with feedback on screenshots or tell about how easy or hard it was finding the answers or anything else.
A separate comment board has been added to each of the past weeks quizzes and every time the deadline for the running quiz is reached and answers is given, a comment board will be open for that quiz as well.
You’ll find the comments by scrolling down to the bottom of the page of one the past weeks quizzes and clicking on ‘Show comments for this quiz’.

Due to some server problems at my webhost, this weeks update were a bit delayed. But everything is updated and up and running now, only to show this weeks record high number of perfect scores.
I had a feeling last weeks quiz might be a bit easier than usual and that could seem to be the case. A total of 21 user guessed every screenshot correctly and 51 users had the hardest screenshot correct. | |
