I made my first little goof up with the screenshots, last week. I guess I was a little too sleepy when I picked out the Inspector Gadget 2 screenshot, I didn't even notice the license plate on the car that clearly said "GADGET"! But at least it wasn't that much of a dead give away, since the shot was from the second Gadget movie and not the first as many of you have answered.
I other breaking news, Rollo Tomasi have been been passed by Jarkko G. and Agrajag in Last Month Hall-o-Fame and is now for the first time in I don't know how long not in the pole position. But Rollo is still leading in Past Year Hall-o-Fame. | |
Last week we made a new record with 118 user submissions.
The Hamburger Hill screenshot also made a new record of confusing people. Only 7 users got it i right and 73 where shooting blanks at almost every other warmovie from Platoon to The Rambo movies to The Bridge on River Kwai.
And last but not least, congratulations to Rollo Tomasi for getting the max score(80) on Past Months Hall-o-Fame. I don't know how you do it, but it's pretty damn impressive! | |
I've noticed that some of you still submit answers with movie titles in your own language and some have even been complaining about not getting points for that.
Just to make things straight: I only accept the original title of the movie or what ever a.k.a. titles can be found on IMDB. If the movie is non-english, the english title will also be accepted.
Even thou I am danish and know most of the danish titels, I will not accept them as correct, since it would be unfair for user from all other countries. | |
Aparently the webserver chrashed right in the middle of calculating the scores and it seems to be pretty unstable right now. So for now the Hall-o-Fame scores are just a bit off!
I'll try to correct all this later today, as soon as the server becomes at little less unstable.
Update: All scores and Hall-o-Fame are back again :) | |
I don't know it was the little too easy Ice Age screenshot that dared more people to try, but the last quiz was the first to round a 100 user submissions, with a record breaking 112 submissions.
The surprice of last week (to me anyway) was that fewer people identified the Jason X screenshot than the Logans Run screenshot, which made Jason X last week hardest screenshot.
